Guide to applying for your Zimbabwean passport

Information about passport applications for Zimbabweans in South Africa. The consulate processes application forms. Important: Applicants are responsible for submitting their passport application forms at the designated passport offices in Zimbabwe and paying the required processing fees directly.

Required Documents

  • Long birth certificate (unabridged)
  • Zimbabwean National ID
  • Current or expired Zimbabwean passport
  • Marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • Divorce decree (if applicable)
  • Two recent colour passport photographs
  • Police affidavit for lost/stolen passport
  • Citizenship certificate (if applicable)
  • Guardian signature (for minors under 16)
